Sustʻāinable Molokai’s on-site learning opportunities offer island residents the chance to gain hands-on experience alongside established Molokai growers and producers.
The program gives future farmers the knowledge and skills to grow crops and teaches them about diverse aspects of local food, such as marketing and distribution, value-added products, and creating locally sourced healthy meals.
Participants learn about our island’s food system and begin to define their role within it, gaining career readiness and taking the necessary steps to start their farm-based businesses.
